Total Buyout (All Spaces) – Please note a total buyout is inclusive of a 12-hour day (this includes load-in, event time, and load out). Any additional time will
be charged at an overtime rate of $500 per hour.
Partial buyout
FRONT PORTION OF VENUE – Please note a partial buyout is inclusive of a 12-hour day for the portion of the venue you have rented (this includes load-in, event time, and load out). Any additional time will be charged at an overtime rate of $500 per hour.
