With locations in Midtown East and the Upper West Side, the restaurant offers creative seafood in an upscale neighborhood setting, complete with warm hospitality. The raw bar features a daily selection of east and west coast oysters, sometimes up to twenty varieties each night. Crave is serious about sustainability. They ethically source all their items; wild-caught fish come from fish stocks that are not endangered, and all fish from aquaculture is responsibly farmed.
