Jaz Indian Cuisine

This stylish restaurant is named for owner Jaz Rupall who was born and raised as a second generation British-Indian in Hertfordshire. After arriving in the United States, her longing for some home cooking inspired her to open Jaz in Hell’s Kitchen, bringing the cuisine of Northern India to the neighborhood. Helmed by Chef Bachan Rawat (Bukhara Grill), known for his curries, and Chef Arif Ahmed (Bombay Grill, Sapphire) who mans the tandoor oven, the kitchen turns out delicious, authentic cuisine made with quality ingredients. The fresh organic spices and seasonal produce pack a delicious punch. The restaurant interiors feature sunny yellow walls, expansive mirrors, soft lighting and crisp linens, creating an elegant, airy ambiance.
