Racket is a Non-Union Venue. However, a minimum House Production Crew of four (Lighting Tech; 2-Audio Techs; 1-Stage Manager) is required for every show and event. You are welcome to bring in your own production team to work in conjunction with ours. We ask that you have your own PM/TD (or someone who can discuss the technical specific) to handle the advancing of the show/event and day of production needs (to work with Racket PM).
All your security needs are provided by the venue. If additional security is needed costs will apply.
All your liquor requests are accommodated by the venue. Bar options include – guest pay per item cash bar; drink tickets; consumption bar; or open bar (or a combination). Public ticketing is required to go through us via AXS. Settlement for the show happens after the box office closes.
A one-day All-Inclusive Room Rental rate for Racket is $10,000. Each additional hour over 10 hours is $1,000 per hour. Additional costs for open bar/drink tickets/etc. would apply if needed.
***I can do a flat all-inclusive $7,000 rental. Happy to discuss rental fee based on a number of factors.
Room Rental Includes:
- Full Venue (we only do one event/show at a time) – 10-hour rental from start of load-in to loadout completion.
- Stage: 30′ wide x 20′ deep x 4′ from floor
- In-house Stage Lights/Sound with the boards to run both
- In-house production equipment, TV’s, etc. – See Tech Specs attached (*LED screen available at an additional cost of $500 per day) – I can include the LED wall in the rental fee.
- Production Crew: a crew of five (1 – Lighting Tech; 2 – Audio; 1 – Stagehand; 2 – Loaders for in/out, loaders TBD if needed)
- Security: 1 – Load-in/out Guard; 3 – Event Guards
- Dressing room & Greenroom
Capacities:
Concert – 650 sellable + 50 comps on top
Theater Style – 350 (250 on the main level and 100 in the mezz. Mezz has limited sightlines when seated at regular chairs. There are four flat screens in the mezz to easily see what is happening on stage).
We have 275 chairs inhouse plus banquet seating for about another 20 people.
